Abstract
This report reviews the achievements set out in the 2004/2005 action plan of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) for ensuring a better balance of Canadian broadcasting services in minority environments, particularly Francophone communities. The report includes the objectives for implementing the Act and a policy statement. Activities reviewed are awareness; consultation; communications; coordination and liaison; funding and program delivery; how the CRTC report was implemented; and accountability.
