Stéphanie Chouinard is an associate professor of Political Science at the Royal Military College of Canada and Queen’s University. She is a fellow of the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation. Her research focuses on language rights and the rights of Indigenous peoples, as well as on the relationship of minorities to the law.
